Windows 10: Asus Zenbook s14 loop

I have an Asus Zenbook s14 and Everytime I ask copilot any inquiry, it starts to respond, hears itself responding then stops to listen thinking that it's me interrupting it's response. It waits for a moment then tries to respond but hears itself again, then never completes it's response. What can I do to rectify this loop?

Asus Zenbook stuck on Asus logo

Hi,

I have a ASUS Zenbook laptop which recently received a windows update.

Ever since the update - the laptop would not start up and it would just go in a loop

"Attempting to recover installation.." "Undoing changes made to your computer...". and then restart (this cycle would just keep repeating)

I took it to IT and they tried to get into Recovery mode by keeping the power button pressed firmly during this loop and also pressing the "ESC F1 F2 F3". After doing this multiple times

Now the machine just shows the ASUS logo and doesn't even try to boot up.

I need to get my laptop up and running - is that even possible at this point? Can you please suggest steps to troubleshoot / recover from this situation?

I bought this Laptop 2 Months ago.

Laptop : Asus VivoBook s14

Problem : Plugged in, not charging.

Should i bring the shop back, where i the Laptop bought or has someone a solution ?

Asus Zenbook UX305 touchpad multitouch functions stopped working. I suspect windows update cause problem. Any suggestions to solve. Asus helpdesk ask me to reinstall windows. But I cannot as lot of data is in the PC. Appriciate help if some one can suggest
to resolve.
