Windows 10: ASUS Zenbook shuts off when I try to change screen brightness with shortcut

I have really really strange problem. I've just installed last Windows 10 and Windows installed all drivers (that's normal). When I try to change brightness of the screen, it can work, but almost all the time laptop shuts off and then reload (sometimes after shutting off it show recovery blue screen and inform me that my PC can't load normally). How can I fixed it? Is this problem with Windows or hardware maybe?

Some computers can let Windows automatically adjust screen brightness based on the current lighting conditions.

To manually adjust the screen brightness, we suggest following these troubleshooting steps:

• Click Start, then select Settings.
• Choose System, then select Display.
• Under Brightness and color, move the Change brightness slider to adjust the brightness.

Brightness Adjustment Keybaord Shortcut?

Not a keyboard shortcut but a suggestion depending on how many degrees of brightness you need
I use the free BatteryCare on my Asus Transformer Book T100TA.
As you can see from the screenshot I have created various Power Plans for various situations. The numbers refer to minutes until Screen Off and Sleep etc. One click or touch on the SysTray icon brings up the list of Power Plans you can see in the screenshot and then I simply select the plan I want




Battery Care will also notify you when your battery is getting low or charged etc. See image

• Select Portable Version

You could also have a look at Volmouse by NirSoft but it looks a bit complicated. Apparently it works with the touchpad scroll feature instead of the mouse wheel

Unable to Change Screen Brightness of Laptop


So I'm not sure how long this has been happening but for some reason, I can't change the brightness on my laptop screen. I have linked a picture and as you can see, my brightness says 0% and that I can't change it, however my actual brightness is at 100%. I have looked around everywhere and the only responses I have found don't work for me. Here's a list of everything I have tried:
- Reinstalling Display Drivers
- Rolling Back Display Drivers
- Reset Settings on UWT4
- Power and Battery Settings
(UWT4 or Ultimate Windows Tweaker 4 is a customizer for Windows 10 and I thought that might be the problem but it wasn't)

If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this, it's greatly appreciated! Thanks! -
