Windows 10: Asus zenbook ux325 stuck in boot loop

Bear with me as this is the first I've reached out for help and there are few things i meed to detail. As the title states my laptop is stuck in a boot loop. This issue just appeared randomly while i was watching a youtube video. The laptop powered off randomly. Once the power button is pressed the laptop will power on and take one of two routes. 1: laptop boots normally and will sign me in with facial recognition or with my pin. Once in my account the laptop shuts off randomly after a few seconds. 2: laptop boots and the message to skip disk checking press any key within 10 seconds. It will

Asus Zenbook stuck on Asus logo

Hi,

I have a ASUS Zenbook laptop which recently received a windows update.

Ever since the update - the laptop would not start up and it would just go in a loop

"Attempting to recover installation.." "Undoing changes made to your computer...". and then restart (this cycle would just keep repeating)

I took it to IT and they tried to get into Recovery mode by keeping the power button pressed firmly during this loop and also pressing the "ESC F1 F2 F3". After doing this multiple times

Now the machine just shows the ASUS logo and doesn't even try to boot up.

I need to get my laptop up and running - is that even possible at this point? Can you please suggest steps to troubleshoot / recover from this situation?

Windows 10 boot loop possible malware

Hi my Asus zenbook pro running Windows 10 is stuck in some kind of a boot loop where it turns on shows the logo acts like it's going to start up then turns off and does it again. I cannot access my desktop and I'm pretty sure it might be a virus or malware
that is doing this but I cannot solve the problem of the virus or whatever it is because it is stuck in this loop. Any help or suggestions will go a long way thanks!
