Windows 10: Asus Zenbooks charging system broken after 2 years

Hi everyone,So I’ve had this asus zenbook laptop for a bit longer than two years and its charging system broke 2 days ago.It would be stuck at 0% and immediately die if I would unplug it. I’ve tried everything on the internet yes, that device manager method to uninstall the battery, manually updating drivers, everything you can think of even bought a new battery and replaced my old one and there is no difference. The new battery has been charging for roughly 3 hours and is still stuck at 3%. I have 2 charging ports so it cannot be the port and the charger itself charges my S20 with absolutel

Asus Zenbook Computer Won't Charge

Computer Model: Asus Zenbook UX360UAK

Windows: Windows 10 Home

System: 64-bit processing and operating system

Problem:

My PC won't charge, it is not acknowledging that it is plugged in. I tried cleaning the port, restarting, and no, I cannot remove my battery. I'm on a lifeline here!

I have dropped my charger a few times and my computer is not too old, but it is seasoned. Anything helps. My pc is dying quick so a tip or solve would really help.

 

Asus Zenbook stuck on Asus logo

Hi,

I have a ASUS Zenbook laptop which recently received a windows update.

Ever since the update - the laptop would not start up and it would just go in a loop

"Attempting to recover installation.." "Undoing changes made to your computer...". and then restart (this cycle would just keep repeating)

I took it to IT and they tried to get into Recovery mode by keeping the power button pressed firmly during this loop and also pressing the "ESC F1 F2 F3". After doing this multiple times

Now the machine just shows the ASUS logo and doesn't even try to boot up.

I need to get my laptop up and running - is that even possible at this point? Can you please suggest steps to troubleshoot / recover from this situation?
