Windows 10: At Finishing up Last stage Windows 10 Installation failed and rebooted with Installing...

Since Windows 10 crashed in August 2019 after attempted update. Create media USB drive twice. Tried lot for re-installing Windows 10 through media USB drive but all time failed at different stages. Last I tried for clean Install having clean disk and removed all partitions. The Installation went through all stages but at last Finishing up stage it suddenly failed and rebooted with the same USB media drive and flashed and wait at first screen - "Language, Time and Key board" selection. There is no button for reboot. I selected repair and startup repair but it did not work. Ultimately opted for shut down.

When tried to boot through Internal HDD it could not boot with the massage did not find OS. While Windows 10 is loaded on HDD. Recovery drive is blank - No files or directories. Verified with SAN - and found "all online".

Working platform:

Sony Vaio E Series Laptop with Intel Core i3 - 2.2 GHz. - Memory 4 GB.

In 2016 Windows 10 Home upgraded form original Windows 7 Home.

Windows 10 was updated regularly except where it failed and could not update. Not sure about last OS build; perhaps it was 1903.

How to resolve? How get started again with Windows 10 Home?

Since windows 10 was upgraded from Windows 7 and since I tried clean install do not have any activation key.

What about digital Activation Key ?

Please help.

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

KB4025339 Fails Install 0x80070564

I am trying Eagle 51's suggestions now. Windows Update troubleshooter found a bunch of errors and fixed all but one.The update is trying to download KB4025339 again. I'll see what happens. At step one troubleshooter finishes with one error unresolved "Potential Windows Update Database Error Detected-Not Fixed". Windows update stalled at 0%.

At step 2 same troubleshooter error. The KB finished a new download failed to install.
Did step 3 KB has downloaded but fails to install.

If Eagle's suggestion doesn't work I'll try EdTittel's suggestion

Tried bothe Eagle & Ed 's suggestions - do not work. Anyone else?

I have noticed that the latest update for my nvidia drivers has failed to update. Wondering about that!
