Windows loading circles not appearing

Hello,

I understand that the loading circles is not appearing while the Windows loads but the Windows loads normally.

To assist you better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

• Are you facing any issues in Windows after it loads?
• Did this happen after any recent updates installed?
• Did you make any changes prior to the issue?

Thank you for replying. My answers after your text:

• What is the current version/build of your Windows 10? To check, type winver on Cortana'ssearch field and press Enter.
• Answer: Version 1709 OSBuild 16299.64
• When and where do those black circles exactly appear?
• Answer: Mainly at the top of the screen but there is also one at the centre bottom. I have an image which I will attache.
• Have you checked your device manufacturer's website for any updated drivers for your mouse?
• Answer: There is no Update for my mouse, although the current driver is dated 2006 (I Chatted to a Microsoft Assistant online yesterday. She went through the process of uninstalling the drivers for both the graphics card (Nvidia GTX 750Ti) & the Mouse (it's
  just a Dell laser mouse). When I rebooted, she said that both Drivers would reinstall. The nVidia driver is dated Sep 2017 but as I said the Mouse is 2006.
• Do you have a spare mouse that you can connect to your computer to check if the issue persists?
• Answer: I only have a scanner mouse but I will try that and see if they come back.
• After the Assistant finished yesterday, the circles had gone and my mouse behaved itself. However, when I opened up today, the circles came back. If I push up with my finger, sometimes they then go off the screen (which is a touch screen, that I have disabled
  thinking it was that that was causing these circles). I have just tried to reconfigure it and all the circles have come back and also captured my mouse.

So any other suggestions you can offer would be great.

If not, I will have to go back to the Microsoft assistant and see if she can suggest anything else. Currently I have multiple circles at the top of my screen, a screen see-through image in the centre bottom and one circle at the top left.

p.s. I have tried to upload an image and the circles suddenly appeared an froze everything, so have been trying for the last half an hour to get it free, eventually had to hibernate my system and then come back an remove the error that appear on the screen
that was blocking any action I tried to do.

So, at least the circles have gone for now.
