Windows 10: At wit's end, Backspace, Delete, Enter keys only work after holding for 5 seconds in EVERY...

I have a 6 yr old Sony VAio Flip 15a. on the lateset windows Update and I have just done my first ever clean Windows install. There were a handful of apps leftover but not many. It solved it for a day.

Should I do another clean install and remove my Files AND apps this time?

I have tried keyboard drivers etc, uninstalling and whatnot. Also tried the Filter and Hotkeys settigns that are off.

Anybody have any tips or tricks that may help? Been going on for probably a year now and have ahad enough.

EXACT PROBLEM : All keys of my Standard PS/2 keyboard were working properly. But suddenly the 'ENTER', 'BACKSPACE', The arrow keys, 'PgUp', 'END', 'HOME' and some others have stopped working.

I tried all the above methods but none of them worked.
