Windows 10: ATI Raedon HD 3450 No es posible abrir el panel de configuración

Hola tengo un falló que me ocurre hace mucho con mi grafica y es que no me permite acceder al panel de configuración de la grafica. El llamado 'Catalyst Control Center' muestra un cuadro que indica que no se puede iniciar. Ya tengo la ultima versión del driver 8.970.100.9001 me gustaría configurar esta grafica para que trabaje un poco mejor.

As per the device manufacturer’s support site, the graphics card is not designed to support Windows 10, the drivers for ATI Radeon HD 3450 graphics card are available only up to Windows 8, you can try with installing
AMD Catalyst software Suite for Windows 8/8.1 in compatibility
mode and see if it helps.

• Right click the applications installation file (exe), select
  Properties andgo toCompatibility
  Tab.
  
• Select the appropriate options from the list.
  
• Click Apply/OK.
  
• Right Click the file and select the
  Run as administrator option to install.
  

I also suggest to check in device manager if the PC has integrated graphics or get in touch with the device manufacturer to check the same. You can also get the complete device specifications by entering the System Service tag

Verificando el modelo del equipo, te comento que los controladores compatibles con Windows 10 fueron lanzados en el año 2016, por lo cual, es posible que se presenten limitaciones con las últimas versiones
del sistema.



En este caso, te aconsejo instalar el controlador de audio disponible en la siguiente página del fabricante:

22V240-L.



Si el inconveniente persiste, es necesario que te comuniques con el soporte oficial del fabricante para verificar opciones avanzadas de compatibilidad. Conoce sus líneas de atención aquí:

AMD ATI Radeon HD 3450

On Thanksgiving day my Dell XPS 420 that is on 24/7 has an enlarged background display with icons rearranged and distorted. I check display and personalized settings and they are in order. I check system and see that my ati radeon hd 3450 card is showing
a install on 11/22/2017 the day before when my computer although built in 2009 was functioning with no problems at all. I looked into rolling back but was met with a notice that it was not possible. I see the original install and driver entries, is there
any way to get back to them.

Is there any solutions to my corrupted enlarged display?
