Windows 10: Attaching Printer to PC

Discus and support Attaching Printer to PC in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I am unable to attach my printer to my PC.     Attaching Printer to PC


    I am unable to attach my printer to my PC. It was working perfectly fine last week, but its now coming up with the message "driver unavailable".


    The printer is a MB5000 series and my PC is an HP. Can anyone help please as I desperately need to print something.

    Thank you so much for trying to help. I've been spending the last hour or so on it, and am still no closer to attaching my printer.

    When I follow the steps to Device Manager, under "Printers", it shows "Unknown Device". I really don't know what to do from here

    To help you with your concern regarding the printer, let me suggest you to contact the manufacturer for the steps on how to connect your printer to your computer. Please follow the steps on how to contact the manufacturer:

    • The name of the OEM + “contact information”
    • The name of the OEM + “PC support”
