Windows 10: ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY blue screen

today, I got on my computer and shortly after I opened one application the screen froze not a usual thing. I wait for about 5 minutes and then I turn off and on my pc from the power button it not was just the app that froze, that was the entire pc now after the pc was on, I waited for about 3 minutes and go in with my passwordto check what was happening with this app I opened it again and got a blue screen not managed to take a picture because it was restarting to fast after it was on again I was a bit worried, I did an anti-virus scan with the program AVG. ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY Blue Screen

I keep getting intermittent blue screens while using resource heavy applications on my computer. It will crash to a blue screen with the error ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY. I followed the instructions on this walkthrough (Redirecting).
Whenever I run it with the option to Automatically select all drivers installed on this computer selected, it comes up with a blue screen saying DRIVER VERIFIER IOMANAGER VIOLATION and points to iorate.sys as the bad driver. When I run it with the option to
Select driver names from a list, and only check the drivers that are not made by Microsoft I get a different blue screen saying DRIVER VERIFIER DETECTED VIOLATION and points to usbfilter.sys as the bad driver.

I have run chkdsk /f /r and it came back up fine. I have also run Windows Memory Diagnostic and it said there were no errors. I have not run sfc /scannow yet. I have uninstalled all third party drivers using Programs and Features, and I re-ran Driver Verifier,
but it gives me the same info as above. I have not deleted either iorate.sys or usbfilter.sys yet. I have noticed that iorate.sys had a different date than the other .sys files where it was located. Also, when I ran the Driver Verifier with Automatically select
all drivers installed on this computer, it does not create a .dmp file. I am not sure which driver is causing the intermittent blue screens. I will post the .dmp file that I have when I get home this evening.
