Windows 10: Attempting to exit reboot loop-- unable to utilize any troubleshooting functionality in...

Hi everyone,My Asus ux430u running Windows 10 was recently stuck in a reboot loop where it would have the ASUS logo on the screen with the dots constantly circling below. Originally I attempted to enter the WinRE and access the Advanced Startup Options by powering on/off 3 times in quick succession, but there was no resolution and it just displayed a black screen. After performing this procedure 8 or 9 times, FINALLY the Advanced Startup Options began to display on the blue screen. I then tried to perform various troubleshooting options, however none of them were successful. Please see below f

I cannot exit "Aptio Setup Utility"

I am also facing the same issue.

After upgrading to Windows 10, initially the system was working fine.

However, after few days while booting its going into aptio setup utility loop.

when i keep pressing escape button then after many attempts my windows starts. but again when I restart or boot it again goes into the same loop.

This is very frustrating and whats more disappointing is that instead of giving any solution microsoft is suggesting "to check the manual of Aptio Setup Utility on how to exit from it." are you serious?

This is not what we expect from Microsoft, my Laptop has become a piece of ****.

When microsoft cant provide support, then why they offered the windows 10 upgrade.

someone, please help me with any solution.

 

Stuck in Reboot loop after power cut

We understand your concern and appreciate the time and effort that you have invested in to fix the issue.

Before we proceed, I would like you to state which troubleshooting steps have you performed bedsides the mentioned to fix the issue.

As per the description, I suspect that you might be stuck in a reboot loop. I suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if it helps

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system

Windows 10 endless loop reboot

• Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?
