    Attempting to get out of a loop of windows crashing


    Ive had to make this for my buddy since his Pc isnt allowing him to load windows. It has been working but today he all of a sudden crashed and now Pc boots into windows automatic repair;weve told him to factory restart but when tried to windows crashes and doesnt allow him to restart bringing him back to the repair tool. Weve scanned him items through cmd prompt but other than that any other scan either says his files are okay or his windows has an issue and crashes on him.
