Windows 10: Attempting to login automatically sends me back to the start page

Hello, I'm on Windows 10 and I'm encountering an issue where whenever I try to enter the credentials login page, it will automatically send me back to the start page. I have tried so much already and I don't know what else to do. I have restarted and completely reinstalled windows. Also when trying to enter safe mode, the screen just flashes over and over. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

# To resolve this problem, make sure that BITS and the Automatic Updates service are started..

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

OneDrive fails to start automatically after login

I understand that OneDrive doesn’t start automatically once you login to the PC.



As you have already checked the option Start OneDrive Automatically, I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned below and see if that helps:

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc, to open
   Task Manager.
   
2. Click on Startup tab, and look for
   Microsoft OneDrive.
   
3. Click on it and select Enable.
