  1. Attempting to login to this account from any of 5 brand new machines running Windows 10 Pro...

User Account Control is disabled via the registry, the firewall is turned off. This is necessary to all the primary application to run. We have a Microsoft Office 365 subscription that I should be able to use to activate Excel and no matter which machine I try to sign-in on even via the Microsoft App Store it returns the 0x800706d9 error. I've seen numerous posts suggesting reinstalling/resetting windows but that seems unlikely to be necessary on FIVE brand new computers.

    :)

  2. Attempting to Login into Windows Accounts - Welcome Spins for Ever

Brand New Toshiba running Windows 10.

Create a Windows Account for my Son. I can see both Accounts listed, but can not login with his account.

On my other laptop, I can switch between both accounts with out any problems.

The Login Indicator just spins then must time out and returns back to the login screen.
