Attempting to open any images directly to a commandline-based...

Full Title: Attempting to open any images directly to a commandline-based software with parameters set.

Right now, I finally found a viable alternative to the long lost tool named Image Overlay Utility that meets my needs which goes by the name Frameless (made by Skwires). If I drag a image into the Frameless.exe, the image opens, but there needs to be a parameter set to force it on top of every other screen. What I would like to do is to have easier access to opening any files without the need to drag a image or open command prompt while retaining the parameters to force it always on screen.

One idea is to do a batch file, and then somehow open the images with a batch file by right-clicking, and open with .bat file. But, I'm not exactly sure what to do from here. All I got is a idea.

    :)

    • Evidence that some early supermassive black holes formed directly from the collapse of a gas cloud has been found.
    • These results could represent a major step in the understanding of how the Universe's first giant black holes formed.
    • Two candidate black hole "seeds" have been identified, possibly at < 1 billion years after the Big Bang.
    • Astronomers combined data from Chandra, Hubble, and Spitzer to make this discovery.

Unable to open PDF file directly from WINZIP file

Thanks for the help. I tried the suggested steps. It did not work for me. When clicked on pdf files, now it opens with acrobat reader as opposed to Edge. But then I still cannot open pdf files directly form zip file.
