Windows 10: Attempting to purchase Single Incident Support and getting an unknown error.

I have been trying to reach support for assistance with a GPO, everyone I have managed to get in touch with tells me that GPOs are out of their scope and directs me to the same phone number or support page. If I call the number I get told that I need to go online to open the ticket first. So I do that and when I try to purchase Singe Incident Support I get the following error. This has been happening across multiple browsers and machines since mid last week.

Microsoft support for business buy single incident

I'm trying to buy support for a single incident for Microsoft support for business. I can select my country from the list of countries where I want to receive support. However, when I go to put in payment information, it won't let me change the country for
the credit card billing address from the United States.

How can I purchase an incident without a US credit card?

Tax Calculation was unsuccessful when purchasing Single Incident Support

Hello,

I'm usually a calm and collected professional, but at this point I'm close to losing it.

I'm trying to purchase a Single Incident (Business hours Support) from Microsoft services hub. However, when it comes to payment, I receive the message "Tax Calculation was unsuccessful". therefore, I cannot proceed with the purchase.

I have created two fresh Microsoft accounts and tried two different cards. Both cards have enough funds on them, but each time I receive the same message. I have tried this on three separate days as well.

I've rang the support phone number for the UK, however, my issue is not with a product as per se, so the automated system has no idea where to direct me when I mention "Single Incident support". Instead, I've tried going for a generic product e.g. Windows Server 2019, but it tells me to seek help online due to not having a case number. Which then leads me back to the service hub.

I'm pulling my hair out here. Please just take my money Microsoft!

I'm having this same issue. I am trying to purchase a Single incident (24x7 support) ticket and no matter what I do, the purcahse will not go through. I continually get this message:

Tax calculation was unsuccessful, Please try again later.

I have been trying for the past 12 hours. Please help.
