Windows 10: Attempting to recover installation undoing changes made to your computer

Attempting to recover installation then it goes to undoing changes made to your computer and it's in a loop nothing works assist vaio doesn't work when I go to f12 it says that media test failed check cable but it doesn't say anything about booting

I was using pc a message appeared to update the windows after the update when I restart my PC start displaying attempting to recover installation undoing changes made to your computer. I have installation media of windows 10 and also done the primary steps to fix it but it failed. I don't want to go to the shop because I don't want my data to be compromised so in order to help me can someone from this world community help me fix the problem.

Also sir please correct me if I'm wrong can I reset pc but by disconnecting harddisk installed by default from motherboard to fix this error.

Attempting to recover Installation

After downloading recent updates my system started installing update. Then after 2 hour it went into infinite loop saying that "Attempting to recover installations" & "Undoing changes made to your computer".

I read a post regarding this issue and it said to go into window recovery environment by repeatedly doing on/off using power button but this didn't worked.

I need suggestions on how to get out of this loop.

Or some other alternate method.
