    Attemting to upgrade from Windows 8.1 to 10.


    I purchased the DVD to upgrade PC from Windows 8.1 to 10. After two attempts, still unsuccessful in upgrade. After the each of these attempts, I get this message: we couldn't install Windows 10. The installation failed in the SAFE _OS phase with an error during the PREPARE_FIRST_BOOT operation. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Thank you
