Windows 10: Audio and video applications keep opening up randomly and PC keeps pausing and playing...

Hello there. I happen to have a problem with my laptop. It keeps opening up audio and video applications randomly and it keeps pausing and playing audio and video on its own. Heck, my laptop just blanks out for no reason whatsoever and I can’t make anything on Sony Vegas! I know this question was answered before, but I am so frustrated with my laptop. Any fixes?

Any audio / video keeps interrupting and music player opens randomly

When i play a video on youtube for exemple it keeps pausing and resuming for no reason and groove music opens randomly. It started suddenly and now my pc is unuasable, i uninstalled groove music but it didnt change anything, videos keeps pausing for no reason and now its Itunes which opens everytime.

Video/Audio keeps pausing and playing by itself in hp pavilion gaming laptop .....tried upgrading to windows 11 and all drivers

 

Audio & video Play Pause automatically

Audio and video pause automatically (and sometimes pause and play) only when I use an internal (YouTube, google) or 3rd party software (windows media player, VLC, films &TVs ).
1. It happens only when I am playing a video or audio.
2. No virus (after scan)
3. Since the space bar key is usually associated with play & pause, I tried typing something in MS word. I did not see any auto space being generated between 2 letters. (tested for 5 mins)
4. Auto play and pause (sometimes just pause) occur maybe after 20 seconds. (it is random)
5. I can actually see the virtual pause and play button is toggled. (no other error message is shown, it happens as if I am physically pressing the space bar key.
