Windows 10: Audio and video delay after a minute ish

Hi, I have been experiencing this problem for a while and all the videos I watch just tell me to update my drivers which are already updated and troubleshoot which does nothing, frankly I am frustrated at this point.

What happens is that I will be watching any sort of video on any browser or application for streaming like Netflix and what not, and after a minute or 2 the audio goes out of sync and after about 10 minutes the audio is about 3-5 seconds ahead of the video playback. This doesn't happen in game applications.

I'm able to mute the site I'm watching the video on and unmute it and the audio syncs, or I can refresh but that is still annoying to have to do.

I've done all that I can and this problem still isn't fixed. Please help me.

Delayed Video and Audio

I often watch a videos on youtube. idk what happen, its delayed. like a half of seconds delay. (The audio are faster then the visual it self) this kind of thing happened, when I already updated my window 10 into the birthday version. how to fix it?
