Windows 10: Audio being really bad when another program is open

I have a pair of Sony headphones connected via Bluetooth to my HP 360 Laptop. I am running the latest version of Windows 11, even though I wish it was Windows 10. When I have a program open such as Premiere Pro or After Effects, Sound from a program open like Amazon music will sound all distorted and have no depth. Right when I close Premiere Pro or After Effects, the sound problem goes away. It sounds just as good as it should. These are my properties for the headphones:I have no enhancements running from Windows or a third party program currently. I have no audio related software and I cant
