    I'm trying to download an audio book from Library2Go and I keep getting an error message "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file."

    Can not record audio.

    Hi,

    We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

    • Type troubleshooting on the search box.
    • Click View all.
    • Select Recording Audio.
    • Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

    Cannot add contacts personal folders to address book in Outlook 2016


    Many thanks for all your suggestions, HippsieGypsie, but nothing seems to be working. I cannot delete my folder so I have to keep trying to get it included in the list of available address books. My contacts are all in the Contacts - Personal Folders, but this list is not included amongst those offered by Outlook as a default address book.
