Windows 10: Audio changes in static noice

When watching a video there was a sleight change the audio speakers change in to static noice. Now it happens all the time. Also when playing game It can happen.Basically the audio is fine and suddenly it changes into a very loud static noice. My my gut feeling thinks the problem is my PC and not the audio speakers.also if the the audio changes into static noice my mouse cursor disappear or is unresponsive for half a second. Its fixed when reloading the video or turn the audio on/off. But it can happen again 10 seconds or minutes later.any ideas?
