Windows 10: Audio constantly breaking

Hey, I was wondering if there is any way to fix the issue I'm constantly facing. Recently out of nowhere when I'm using my desktop when I launch an application such as a game my audio would just stop working and the only way I can get it to fix for a small amount of time is by either doing audio troubleshoot or just restart my pc. I started doing this when I came back from a vacation with my family and no one uses my computer. I'm not sure exactly what it can be but I did recently change the motherboard and also swapped my main drive form a prebuilt because it had a larger capacity and it had

• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

Windows 10 Pro and Ergnomic Break Reminder

Apologies for the late reply.



Do you remember installing any break reminder software?



It looks like it is a pop up from a break reminder software.



I suggest you to look for this in Programs in features and uninstall it if do not use it.



Try the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open Run Command
  
• 
  Type Appwiz.cpl and hit enter
  
• 
  Search for the programs and un-install it.

Audio breaks down after updating the audio drivers on Windows 10

Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on
Device Manager and on Scan for hardware changes.
