Windows 10: Audio Crackling and Optical Drive Ticking? need help

Hey... I'm having some problems with my laptop, I had this problem before but that didn't work the last person that who helped, told me that it was my optical drive or something, but I was confused. but that's not related to what my problem is, what my problem is that my laptop keeps making a cracking and it's quite frequent and auditable stuttering and it's quite annoying this normally happens when playing games in full-screen or in windowed and this happens after closing the game and my optical drive makes this ticking sound when a game is closed and sometimes during. if you could help me ou

Optical Drive Issue

Appreciate your detailed return. Your added steps really helped.

Assuming I did the steps correctly, this is where I am now.

Screenshot 12 shows my CD Disc shortcut on my desktop.
Screenshot 10 shows the CD Drive shortcut listed in the “Send to” listing.
Screenshot 11 shows the “Send to” listing after the steps were taken, but the CD drive name is not listed.

So, it appears the steps did not work for me. And, I did try the steps, “If it still won’t do ……” and still no luck.

What do you think?

Optical Drive Issue

Again, my thanks for supplying detailed pictures and steps. They really help.
The following are screenshots of where I am.
Screenshot 23 shows confirmation my Registry was changed.
Screenshot 24 shows the list of “Send to” names including the CD shortcut.
Screenshot 25 shows the “Send to” list, but the CD name is still not listed.

Audio Crackling driving me insane!

System specs are to the left. It's happened ever since I got a pair of wireless headphones. The crackling gets really bad sometimes for a few seconds and sounds like interference but then it will go away and back to just normal audio crackling. I dont think I have anything interfering with the headset because it persists even through the sound in wired headphones as well as the audio in my monitor. The only thing I can think of is something with the onboard audio screwing with the sound, but the sound from the Corsair Void headphones should be on it's own audio source? I have even sent them back to amazon to get another pair and same thing.

This persists through a reformat even. I dont have onboard audio drivers installed either. The only thing listed in sound are the Corsair RGB Void headphones and nvidia's high definition audio (with xsplit audio recorder)

Anyone have any ideas what is going on? It's driving me nuts and I cant take it anymore.
