Windows 10: Audio Cracklings pls i need help

I have had that for a good week now and while i am not to affected by it normally, when i make music it just completely **** w me. FL Studio is the only program where this happens often. I reinstalled windows, updated drivers, tested it w several headsets and at several ports of my laptop. I even have a few of them when starting my pc. This also sometimes happens when i start songs on spotify or generally when i start an audioI am so close to just throwing my laptop out of my window and buying a new one it is that ragingThx in advance.

Audio Crackling

Recently, I've noticed that the audio with my speakers and headphones is "crackling". It doesn't seem to matter what the volume is set at, nor what program I'm running. If I'm playing a game, the audio crackles. If I'm listening to music, the audio crackles.
I've tried downloading/updating my audio drivers, but nothing seems to help.

sorry, please also find task manager screenshots. couldnt capture the whole list (there are so many processes running!) so i caught what i could, ordered by cpu and memory usage. thanks!

 

Crackling audio. Skyrim + other games

USB headphones have never been kind to me. They always hiss, pop and crackle. The fact that you can hear it when no audio is being played suggests it's a power /connection issue.

Do you have any 3.5mm or RCA based headphones you can try?
