Windows 10: Audio cut off

My hp paviion 15-cw1004la laptop with windows 11 sounds cut off, it doesn't even come off with headphones or speakers, I already did everything the virtual assistant tells you, I already did what was proposed in another community conversation and I haven't been able to solve anything and I also watched many videos to try to solve it and it still didn't help, I don't know what to do anymore, help :
