  1. Audio cutting in and out on two different devices and I'm not sure why.

This happens through 2 different audio ports -- my RX 5700 GPU's HDMI port where my receiver is connected, which has 4 speakers; the other is a digital audio connection for my sennheiser RF wireless headphones.

For the headphones, the audio almost never cuts out completely. It will just cut in and out sometimes. Sometime it doesn't. It's pretty damn annoying.

With my receiver, sometimes the audio cuts out completely until I restart the receiver. It's a RX-V583BL. I have Klipsch speakers, etc. Everything is connected well.

This only started about a month or two ago, and I have the receiver connected to a 900W UPS. It shouldn't have any trouble in regards to power.

I've refreshed my Windows 10 already. I didn't install any audio drivers or something like that which will interfere.

  2. M-Audio Trigger Finger not recognized in Windows 10 64

    Hi Fernando,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Provide us additional information to assist you better with this issue:

    1. What is the make and model of the computer?
    2. Which version of Windows is running on your device?
    3. Have you tried connecting it on a different computer to check the working?
    4. What is the complete model of the M-Audio Trigger finger?

Refer the article Which Windows operating system am I running? to know
    about the version of Windows’s.

Since it is a class complaint driver, I suggest to try connecting to a different USB port. Then go to
Device Manager, enable ‘Show hidden devices’. Check if the device shows up and try to update the driver for the same accordingly.

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to contact the M-AUDIO support.

  4. Audio cutting in and out on two different devices and I'm not sure why.

    Re-enable audio device

    Hi,

I would be happy to assist you.

Before we proceed with troubleshooting, I would need little information on the issue.

    • Are using speakers / head phones to listen to audio?
If you have disabled the audio device, then you might not see it under the list of playback devices. I would suggest you to follow these steps to make sure you see the disabled devices:

      • Open
        Control panel
        .

      • Click Hardware and Sound and then Click on
        Sounds.

      • Under Playback tab, right click on the empty area and make sure
“Show Disabled Devices” has a check mark on it. If headphones/Speakers are disabled, it will now show up in the list.

      • Right click on the device and
        Enable it. Click OK.
If the issue still persists, try enabling speakers automatically using steps below.

    • Go to Settings> Click on themes> Advance sound settings> right click on the speakers or the audio device youo have connected > click on
      Configure device.

    • Test the sound level you want, click Next.

    • And configure the audio devices.

Hope this helps you. Do reply if you need further assistance on Windows 10.

    Thank you.
