Windows 10: Audio cutting out and mouse lag while hard disk on 30%

I saw threads about people complaining that their audio and mouse is lagging, but in my case, it happens when I download something with bittorrent or when I'm installing something.
on Win 8.1 and Win 7 I have no problems playing games while something is downloading in the background, now on Win 10 64bit I can't even normally play music either on youtube or on windows media player.

Hard disk usage is hardly 40% and starts cutting, and cpu is not more than 60%.. But when I download something from Bittorrent or when i'm installing, a process named "System Interrupted" pops up in Task Manager and consumes CPU(10%-20%).

My audio is realtek, and it is updated (22-09-2015) and so is my graphic card and everything else.
I saw that process "System Interrupted" is usually visible when there is a driver problem.

Windows 10 Mouse freezes while playing audio.

Today it happend again, mouse was stuck while playing audio.

This happend after I had to restart the pc because chrome was lagging out and dint want to start anymore.

While trying to reboot it wouldnt turn itself off and het to push the on off button on the motherboard itself.

 

Audio Crackling/Video Lag

I have had terrible audio crackling, and cutting out the last two days, as well as video lag whenever the sound cuts out.

I believe the problem is ndsi.sys and wdf01000.sys causing massive DPC latency.

All help would be appreciated.

Hi, can you please post screenshots of your taskmanager, starting with Processes view, organised
1. highest CPU use first
2. Highest disk use first
and Details view, highest CPU use first?

How did you install Win 10... upgrade or clean install?
What AV do you use?

Should have said 'Welcome to Ten Forums' *Smile .. and the screenshots should be when your PC is supposed to be idle.

 

This is the task manager when the computer is idle.
Everything is smooth, no problems at all.

down here it's when I turn on bittorrent, and it's checking files, and everything starts to go slow. It took me time to screenshot it.

 

And this is the CPU with bittorrent on, "System Interrupts" process is here.

This isn't only bittorrent, this happens with anything that is using HDD.

You may be looking at hardware incompatibility. See:

OR (and I'm guessing this is more likely) a driver issue - the sort of driver installed by 3rd party programs that are not actually hardware-related.

(Ok, it's Win 7- there may be sthg later somewhere- so the detail may not quite match. But if you know your way around, you should be able to make use of it).

I was disabling the drivers, but I couldn't determine which driver is the one..
And I downloaded "Process Explorer" and I'm not sure what to do with it exactly




the upper picture is between enabling and disabling the download on bittorrent and the down one is process explorer
