  2. dolby atmos doesnt work on my Pc.

    From Device Manager

    1. high definition audio driver ( turned off )
    2. NVIDIA high definition audio ( turned off )
    Restart computer.

    1. Right click on speaker icon
    2. Open voice settings
    3. Click on Device features
    4. in Spatial Souns section choose Dolby Atmos.
    Restart computer.

This one fixes all the problems in new version of Windows 10 Pro. so i dont need any other versions anymore.

HeadSet Dolby Atmos works fine. tested it in Tom Clancy's The Division 2+Netflix also.

    Dolby Atmos

ok you're saying that dolby atmos is hardware dependant.
But, i got a modded driver for dolby audio driver from here -- > https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/...ek-hd-audio-driver-mod-for-windows-10.232921/

After applying this mod my laptop's audio quality has improved significantly how it happened if it is hardware dependant ?

Dolby Atmos for home theater crashes - Creators Update

Hoped that the new fix in the newest MS update fixes Dolby Atmos for home Theater:

    • Addressed issue where, after installing the Creators Update, audio output through external decoders no longer works.
    But no.

Still with this Setup can't use it

    Onkyo 656 Dolby Atmos Receiver

NVidia GTX 980ti with HDMI 2.0b connected at the HDCP HDMI 2.0 Port from the receiver

Of Course 5.0 Setup with Dolby Atmos Speakers.

Again: If I select Dolby Atmos for home Theater I get Dolby Atmos in the Dolby Access app. No Sound in other sources. Also I can't Switch back to 5.1 Setup, it crashes from now on. Only uninstall and reinstall NVidia Drivers work now with Standard 5.1 Settings.

It is clearly a MS fault - please fix that.
