Windows 10: audio delay in my headphones from laptop - version windows 10 ___10.0.19582 Build 19582

Hello everyonei have some issues with audio delay in my headphones - audio delay only in headphone � from laptop .speakers are ok there is no delay audio so the problem start after update this version Version 10.0.19582 Build 19582 , previous version worked fine i already tried to disconnect headphones from Bluetooth ,reset and all stuff nothing help . my headphones also working great, i tried with my phone so no delay audio with my phone jabra elite active 75t this is my headphones , anyway i had before same issue with another headphones , i dont remember which version windows was ,insider of course .. please only don't tell me to switch with last version windows 2019..or no insider ...... i just need to know how to fix . i can do a by my self , please tell me what i supposed to do to fix the problem .. i can try to explain more accurately if you don't understand .... sorry my English my operation system OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home Insider PreviewVersion 10.0.19582 Build 19582System Manufacturer Micro-Star International Co., Ltd.OS Manufacturer Microsoft Corporation System Model GF63 8RD System Type x64-based PC BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. win 10 audio problem. laptop probably.

• What is the build and version of your Windows 10?
• Have you tried updating your computer?
• Since you've mentioned that no speakers or headphones work to fix the sound the sound icon, does that mean when you connect any speakers and headphones there's no sound?
• Are you getting any error messages when connecting a speaker and headphone?

Windows 10 not playing audio on headphones.

Thank you for replying and I am sorry to hear about the tragedy that occured in your brothers sanctuary.

Glad to know that the Bluetooth issue is resolved.

Try the below methods to troubleshoot the issue on the headphones and check if this helps.

Before trying the below methods, I suggest you to try connecting the headphones to a different port or check the headphones on a different computer and check if you are able to hear the audio from the headphone.

Method 1:
Setting The Headphones As Default Playback Device.

1. Select on the Start button > Type Sound in the search box > Select
   Sound from the list of results.
2. Go to Playback tab > Select your headphones > Then click on
   Set Default.
3. Restart the computer once and check if this helps.

Method 2:
Updating The Audio Drivers.

Follow the steps mentioned in Update drivers in Windows 10
and update your Sound drivers and check if you are able to hear the audio from the headphones.

Restart the computer once after updating the sound drivers.

After Windows 10 update I can no longer hear with bluethooth headphone, audio always from laptop

Non of the suggestions worked. The audio still comes out of the laptop not headphones
