Windows 10: Audio delay when gaming after updating to Win 11 23H2

So basically i recently updated my windows to 23H2 windows update was broken after getting in and out of insider program so bit late to the party and i started having delay on audio when gaming.What happens is that when an audio is played for the first time it has a noticable delay.For an example in OW2 if i headshot someone for the first time the "dink" will be like half a second late. Next headshot will be in sync. This seems to be apparent on quite bit of games i tried PAYDAY 2 and it's the same. Shot a glass and the audio of it breaking had a delayWhat could be the problem? DELL XPS 17 9700 - audio does not work (Windows 11 23H2)

Please check the settings in both of these, that the correct default is set, and advise whether you see green bars move for the default device under the Sound tab when you rt click it and click Test. Thanks.
