Windows 10: Audio Devices Disconnect Randomly

hi all, for a while now i've been having this very annoying and persistent issue with my computer and I'm not sure what is going on. I've tried it with multiple different headsets Bluetooth and wired but its definitely a computer problem.the issue is that, no matter what im doing my audio devices will randomly disconnect for 2-30 seconds as if there are no audio drivers on the PC. this can happen from anywhere to once a day to three times in an hour. when i go to sound manager during this, windows says "no audio output device is installed" and then it'll refresh the connection and my audio

USB device randomly disconnecting

I have a Yamaha MG10XU audio mixer and for the past 3 months the mixer will randomly disconnect and the device manager says "the drivers for this device are not installed (code28). Then I can turn the mixer off and on it will work for a little bit then
disconnect again.

 

Audio Device Keeps Reconnecting and Disconnecting

Hey guys.. I just started having this problem with my computer where my audio device suddenly disconnects and then reconnects after a second repeatedly. Some times it disconnects and not connecting until i restart the machine. After restart works fine around 10 min and then again disconnects. This happens with my both headphone and speakers. But they work fine with other computers. When troubleshooting it says no audio device connected. Error happens in both rear and front audio ports

Tried Solutions

• Ran SFC scan
  
• Updating, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers
  
• Disabling power saving modes and set to maximum performance mode
  

Windows 7 ultimate version

 

Bluetooth adapter disconnects randomly. (NOT just devices.)

First of all, let me list all my specs.

ASUS ROG GL752VW

Intel core i7 6700 @ 2.6GHz

Windows 10x64

16GB RAM

Now my problem: my Bluetooth adapter seems to disconnect randomly and I have no idea why. Sometimes it will go months without ever disconnecting, and sometimes it disconnects and goes months without even working. The little icon disappears from my taskbar, and I am unable to use Bluetooth. My computer reports that I don't have bluetooth. I am not sure of the exact adapter but I do know it is Intel and that they are together. I never ever have any issues with WiFi however Bluetooth is just causing me all sorts of hell.
I've tried all of the following things, so please don't suggest them...

Rebooting. Tried it multiple times

Reinstalling the drivers. With and without rebooting.

Uninstalling the device from Device Manager and reinstalling it.

"Repair"ing the driver from the installer.

Can anyone help me?
