Windows 10: Audio distortion in windows 11 game

I purchased Elite Dangerous to play on my Lenovo Legion Go. The game runs great however, about 15 seconds into loading the game my audio is distorted and sounds far away, like I am in a fish bowl. I am using Bluetooth Skullcandy PLYR headphones, no other game or app has this issue. I have tried changing setting. Please help. I just want to play my new game. :

Audio distorts and PC crashes while gaming on windows 11, I checked event manager and it says "Event 121 DeviceSetupManager Driver install failed, result=0x80070422 for devnode 'HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_1002&DEV_AA01&SUBSYS_00AA0100&REV_1007\7&1D5A9D9&0&0001"

sound distorted after windows 10 anniversary upgrade

This is where I'm at on my HP laptop with Windows 10 and the Anniversary update.

I completed step #3 "hardware and sound" but that took me to an option for "sound, speakers." There was no "properties" as step #4 suggests. I selected "sound, speakers" and then found "properties." After selecting "properties" there was no "enhancements
tab" as step #5 suggests.

Regardless, I then uninstalled the realtek audio driver. I noticed that when I did this without restarting my laptop that the sound was now tinny, but not distorted as it was previously. After restarting, the sound was again full, yet distorted.

Realtek still shows in my programs list, though it shows no memory is used.

distorted audio in medium and longer recordings of games with XboxDVR \ Gamebar

I am wanting to use the xboxdvr on windows 10 to record games i play. However, if the capture time runs much longer than 5 minutes there will be sporadic audio distortion.

The distortion lasts for a several minutes.

If the video is much longer there will be several section of distorted audio.

I have updated drivers and software. This ditortion only happens with the Xbox Gamebar DVR. Not other game capture software. It happens whether i use record or, "record that" from background recording.
