Windows 10: Audio distorts and games crashes while gaming

For over a year when I play graphic intensive game my audio will start to distort, and then the game will eventually crash. I checked the event log and found this everytime it has crashed. Audio distorts and PC crashes while gaming on windows 11, I checked event manager and it says "Event 121 DeviceSetupManager Driver install failed, result=0x80070422 for devnode 'HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_1002&DEV_AA01&SUBSYS_00AA0100&REV_1007\7&1D5A9D9&0&0001"

I understand that the audio of game recordings is distorted;

Initially I recommend that you do the following;

Press Windows key + i and go to games;

Click Captures;

Enable the option "Record audio when I record a game";

Now press Windows key + G to open Xbox Game Bar;

Click on the gear icon (Settings icon at the top of the screen);

Use the Start Recording option: Windows key + Alt + R;

Check if the recording still has distorted audio;

Xbox Game Bar Capture - Audio distortion

I've frequently been getting distorted audio from my captures using the Xbox Game Bar. This seems to only occur when using the 'Record last 30 seconds' option.. Is there any known fix for this issue?
