    Audio Driver/Support Chat

Hi,I am trying to get support for my Audio. My computer does not recognize its own speaker, granted it doesn't show up in sound devices. I've tried troubleshooting it and updating it but nothing is working. On top of that, when I request help through the chat function of support I am not able to actually type or send any chat responses to the support person. Please help, becoming incredibly frustrated with my Windows product.

    :)

  3. Audio driver not supporting

    Hello

I am Luis, Windows expert here to help you

    check this link first

    https://www.kapilarya.com/fix-no-audio-output-d...

    or follow this steps

    Run troubleshooter

    • For help fixing audio or sound problems, try the audio troubleshooter. It might be able to fix audio problems automatically.

    • To run the troubleshooter, select the Start button, type audio troubleshooter, and then select Find and fix audio playback problems from the list of results and select Next.

    Check Device Manager

    • Try these steps:

    ○ Open Start , type Device Manager, and select it from the list of results. Under Sound, video and game controllers, select your sound card, open it, select the Driver tab, and select Update Driver. If Windows doesn't find a new driver, look for one on the
device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

    • If that didn't work, try this:

    ○ Uninstall your audio driver: open Device Manager, right-click (or press and hold) the audio driver, and select Uninstall. Restart your device and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

    • And if that didn't work, try using the generic audio driver that comes with Windows. Here's how:

    ○ Open Device Manager, right-click (or press and hold) your audio driver > Update driver software...> Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer, select High Definition Audio Device, select Next, and follow
    the instructions to install it.

    best regards

  4. Audio Driver/Support Chat

Realtek audio broken with update, Also microsoft chat is broken

My audio is ruined with this last update, i've done every step and recommended action listed by microsoft and every suggestion on the first 20 pages of google search. Realtek is no longer showing up anywhere, like microsoft disabled it, microsoft chat is
also broken, requesting to speak with a human brings you to a couple options, all of which are broken and clicking on "chat" closes the window and nothing happens, this is absolutely disgusting, i've spent the last 4 hours trying to get my tablet, my audio,
    and microsoft support to work.

    way to treat your customers....................
