Windows 10: Audio glitching noises on certain applications

It happens only while watching twitch streams, occasionally on youtube videos, and just recently sometimes while using Discord in game as shown above. The frequency and intensity of the noise varies and the original audio isn't distorted at all, its almost like its additional.I've tried multiple versions of my audio drivers, changed bitrates, different versions and installs of windows, and have even tried two different motherboards. This occurs on rear and front IO, with speakers and headphones. Any suggestions?

Annoying glitch with graphics card, random static noise appearing

I have a problem with my display -- it's really weird, because it's actually able to be Print Screened. Sometimes when I leave a game or a fullscreen application using my graphics card (integrated Radeon 3000 Graphics), my screen will sometimes have a weird static-y noise thing. It's really hard to explain, but here:





I made the really ugly red crayon, bu the weird stuff near the top of the screen is the glitch. It's really, REALLY annoying, and the only workaround is to restart my graphics driver which bugs me.

Any suggestions?

Software to separate noise from the human voice or song

For audio, you could try Audacity. You can select a sample period where there is just the noise you want to remove, then filter that from the audio.

Audio glitches when starting certain Steam games in Windows 10

Hi,

I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, then did a clean install. I am having issues with certain Steam games. What happens is, when I launch the game, I hear a burst of loud static/white noise through my speakers. Once the game loads up, the audio works fine. It
doesn't affect every game, but for the ones that are affected it happens every time I launch one.

Unfortunately, the audio is not that great as I recorded that with my smartphone, but you can clearly hear the audio glitch about 6-7 seconds into the video.

I don't believe that this is necessarily driver related, as it's affecting users across a range of hardware. I think this is a Windows 10 issue.

All of the drivers on my machine are up to date. I have an RME HDSPe AIO sound card and the drivers are Windows 10 compatible. I have no other issues with audio outside of this.

Anyone got any idea what's causing this? Any way to fix it? Thanks.
