Windows 10: Audio goes distant and echoey when joining voice chat while using Bluetooth headphones.

Any time i join in-game voice chat or xbox party chat my game goes all distant and echoey. why? can it be fixed? all drivers are up-to-date i have checked sound settings. what next?

The audio quality from my headphones suddenly compresses.

So this problem that I have, only happens whenever I'm in a voice chat in a social platform, specifically Discord.

Whenever I join a voice chat to talk to my friends while playing something, the audio in-game compresses and sounds terrible.

The game that I play is Roblox, and this problem happens only whenever I connect my wireless headphones with my laptop. If I have nothing connected, then everything sounds just fine even if I join a voice chat.

Also, my headphones are "JBL TUNE660NC". Is there anyway I can fix this issue? The headphones sound pretty good, but it's only until I join a voice chat when it'll compress the audio and make it sound almost distant.

 

Audio issue while using voice chat (Only using headphones)

When i join a voice chat (Like Discord, Team Speak 3, WhatsApp and others) the audio of other application and of the system becomes low quality.

This has been happening since I formatted the pc; when i'm using pc speakers (realtek audio) I do not have this problem, but only when I use JBL Bluetooth 500bt headphones.

If i start any application the audio is high quality, but when i join a voice chat it changes to low quality.

I also disabled the option "Allow application to take exclusive control of this device", as the default format I'm using 2 channel 16bit 44100Hz (CD Quality).

I need to solve this problem because the audio sounds terrible (like if you take a speaker and you put that in a box, then you hear the sound outside the box)

 

Bluetooth Problem with Audio and Voice.

I just recently bought a Sony WH1000mx3 and I wanted to use them as a all purpose headphones. That includes Movies, Music, Gaming and being on the go. Since my desktop computer does not have a built bluetooth, I had to go and buy a Bluetooth Usb dongle.
It connected well between my Computer and my headphones but when I tried to do some gaming with them, it cuts the audio and all I can hear is the voice chat from matchmaking. Initially I thought it was the Usb dongle that was defected, but I realized that
it has to do something between the voice chat and the game audio because when I start matchmaking it cuts but leaves the voice chat working. When I played a single player game, the Headphones work perfectly and I was hearing all the sounds until I accepted
a party chat from my friend. When I joined the party chat, the game audio got cut and I all could hear was my friends voices. I tried setting up my table microphone as the default Mic, but it still wasn't working properly with my headphones. I'm just having
some issues and if i could get some feedback as to how I can get both to work since I know it can work cause both channels would work properly for a few seconds until the game audio gets cut. My headphones do have a built in Mic but I prefer using my table
Microphone and use my headphones for the audio. My computer runs on a Windows 10 64 bit.
