    Audio Going To Sleep During Videos and Music


    Since the last windows 10 update, my headset will lose audio even though it works flawlessly on a PC that is using the previous build of Windows 10. I have made sure it is not the headset and have also turned off anything that might be causing it to stop playing audio while in a video or playing music.

    I have spent three hours trying to troubleshoot this and would appreciate it if someone would help me stop Windows 10 from auto sleeping my audio during music or videos.

    Video Plaback on win 10 mobile puts the phone to sleep

    Is anyone having problems with their phone going to sleep while playing videos? If I use facebook or youtube for videos the phone goes to sleep during the playback.
