Windows 10: Audio in all programs other than ableton, only record in one channel. What changed?

Hi,something changed on my Windows 10 PC and I'm unsure how to solve it, its caused issues with my sound input.All my windows apps other than the DAW I use for music production ableton, only record in the left channel and when it does, it records the left channel into the right. This never used to happen, as Audacity and OBS for example, used to always record left and right independantly. But now, I have this problem with OBS and Audacity - I have x2 left channels recording, no right channel and it appears that no settings I've tried have fixed the issue. Has anyone else discovered this iss

• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with recording. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your recording.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel
• Run the Recording Audio troubleshooter

I suggest you to install all the latest audio and Display drivers from the manufacturer web site and install.
