Windows 10: Audio Input/Output was not working, fixed that issue, but now my Razer Kraken 2019...

My Audio input and output weren't working, I had to download and reinstall the driver, sound is working again,; now my Razer Kraken headphones/ mic are not working, it's not detected in sounds at all, no files, nothing. I cannot switch to it when it's plugged in, the sound comes through them via the headphones jack, but not the headphone + mic jack, and the sound still plays through the computer. I tried using the Razer Synapse to update, but it didn't help. Razer.com files downloaded but because its not registering as plugged in, I cant fix it. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

• Restart your computer.
  

• Check if “Speakers (7.1 Surround Sound)” is selected as the default output device in the Windows Sound settings. Launch the 7.1 Surround Sound software and select the output device where you would like to apply 7.1 Surround Sound on.
  

• Ensure the audio jack is properly plugged in. Check for dirt or debris in audio ports and on the audio jack. Try the headset on different computers to check if your USB ports or drivers are the issue.

Razer Kraken mic not working

Hello.

My mic is not working. The built in mic (Asus notebook) is working fine, but when I plug in the headset mic (Razer Kraken Pro), it's picking up just a little noise, even when it's turned all the way up. I have installed Razer Surround, the playback is working
(through speakers also through the headset).

I have the latest Realtek Audio driver (6.0.1.7571) and also Windows 10 up-to-date. I found out, that when I roll back the Realtek device in Device Manager, the mic on the Razer Kraken is working. But since the Windows 10 updates automatically, Realtek drivers
get updated and the mic is not working again.

Is there any solution for this issue? I tried to find help on the forums, but for most of the time rolling back the device was the solution, but here the Windows's automatic update system is a problem.
