Windows 10: Audio interruption on BT headphones.

For a few days now I have had an unusual problem with my BT headphones - they started interrupting sound while playing. Interestingly, when the sound starts to "jerk", the mouse cursor, also connected via BT, jams. Of course, after pairing with another device, the headphones work without any problems, what's more, the problem occurs when I use a browser, etc. When I run a full-screen application, e.g. a game, after a while it calms down and works. On Linux running from an external drive, the problem does not occur. Standard troubleshooting such as turn on-off, pair-unpair, computer reset,

BT headphone no mic on win10pro

hello, I've tried to use BT headphone on windows10. But when speaker works mic stops. when mic works speaker stops.
There is two options in my sounds settings stereo and handsfree. Stereo has no mic option. Handsfree has but bad sounds quality on speaker. I want to use mic with good speaker.

What did I tried to solve
1- Reset all BT services
2- uncheck Handsfree on headphones preficens
3- Set manually speaker and microphone devices
none of it works..
Any thoughts?

most of the cans you listed will also need an amp to push them.
