AUDIO IS DISTORTING WHILE STREAMING MUSIC. STOPS AFTER I MOVE THE MOUSE AROUND BUT STARTS AGAIN AFTER AWHILE, AGAIN MOVING MOUSE STOPS IT.

distorted and out of sync audio

I understand that you are facing audio distortion and sync issues when streaming online music. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue by following certain troubleshooting steps.



For more clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below.

1. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
   
2. What is the make and model of the PC?
   

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to perform a Clean Boot on the PC and check if that helps. Refer the article

How to perform a clean boot in Windows.



Performing a clean boot will start the computer with minimal set of drivers and programs, to determine whether a background program is causing the issue. Some of the Startup programs will not load after performing a clean boot on the computer. However,
that functionality will return when you reset the computer to start normally after finishing the troubleshooting.



Note: Please refer the section
Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting to boot the computer in to normal mode after troubleshooting.

Distorted Sound

Hi Zaki,

Distorted sound can be be produces if there is an issue with the hardware or software. Please answer the following questions for us to narrow down this concern:

• Is it affecting all music, videos, and online videos?
• Which sound card is set to default? Realtek High Definition Audio or High Definition Audio Device? You will know it by typing
  "sound" on the search box and select Sound, under Playback, the default speaker should have a check.

Please run Playing Audio Troubleshooter by following these steps:

• Type "troubleshooting" on the search box.
• Select Troubleshooting on the result.
• Click View all.
• Choose Playing Audio and follow the steps.
