Windows 10: Audio is not working

Hello! I am having problem with audio on my PC (Windows 10 PRO 64). I have Nvida High definition Audio, but I wanted to run Realtek Audio and it wasnt on my device manager, so I installed it from my Motherboard Manufacturer website(my Motherboard is Asrock A320M-HDV) . Now I have it on my device manager, but it shows code 10 (The request is not supported). How can I fix it?
