Windows 10: Audio is not working

I have a Dell Precision M4800 and my audio is not working under any circumstances (internal speakers or audio jack).


When I look under Control Panel, there is no Speakers under the playback tab.


When I look under Device Manager, there is no Audio inputs and outputs. There is only something under Sound, video and game controllers after I select show hidden devices, which then shows Intel(R) Display audio, a bunch of Microsoft Streaming, and NVIDIA High Definition Audio.


I have uninstalled/reinstalled Realtek High Quality Audio driver to no avail.


I have uninstalled/reinstalled the audio driver listed by Dell for this model laptop.


I have reset my PC.


The only reason I do not think it is broken hardware is because the computer beeped when I hit f12 upon restart and ran diagnostics through that.


Someone please help.

Can not record audio.
