Windows 10: Audio issue on Asus Zenbook 14 OLED on Windows 11 22H2

Hi everyone I need some help !Indeed, I have no audio output on my Asus Zenbook 14 oled, I have no sound on my speakers, neither jack nor bluetooth, I tried to reinstall all the audio drivers on the Asus website Realtek audio etc nothing works, what's weird is that I don't see realtek appearing in the device manager, and also intel smart sound for oed fails to start. Moreover the realtek audio service is started but not intelR audio which fails to start with no event log error.Thanks for your help !

Asus Zenbook UX535 Audio not working after Windows 11 update

Hello, I have the same problem Redirecting (I tried all the steps with Microsoft's support. They decided to restore the system, the same solution ASUS gave me. But the problem is still there with each update).

After the Windows 11 update, I had to restore the computer as if it were new. I've already done it twice; this time I've resolved to freeze Windows updates, but it can't be done indefinitely. I have an ASUS UX 535 LI ZenBook Pro 15 and according to ASUS the drivers are the latest, but in the end, it's always the same. I have to restore the system because the audio and Bluetooth stopped working. I have already told both ASUS and Microsoft that all issues were generated with this specific update: 2022-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5018427).

ASUS says they have no reports of any bugs, and Microsoft says that ASUS must be informed; the point is that the users who buy the computers are in the middle. Please, I would be glad if someone has the solution before the end of the month, I have to update the computer.
