Windows 10: Audio Issue

I have my Dell XPS 13 with Windows 10 Pro OS* Processor IntelR Core TM 15 8250U CPU @1.6 GHz* Installed memory 4.00 GB 3.81 Usable* System Type 64-bit Operating System x64 based processor* Pen and Touch - No Pen or Touch input is available for this DisplayI have recently started hearing a loud sound as opposed to normal window sound when first start. When ever I go to browse anything and if the browser offers a video. The sound re-appears and kills the Audio. I have tried numerous Anti-Virus. Reformatted the hard drive. installed new Anti-Virus but the problem has not gone away. I read

Method1: I suggest you to run an audio troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Sound. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Audio

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons

• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel

• Run the playing Audio troubleshooter.



Method2: Uncheck the enhancement feature in sound options.

• Press X from the key board and select control panel.
• Select sounds under control panel.
• Go to advance setting and uncheck the enhancement feature and check if that helps.
