  1. Audio issue

I had updated my audio devices, as they were available to update and I needed to update my camera device which isn't the problem, and when I restarted my computer, I have absolutely no sound. I had tried searching for new driver updates, I can't roll my drivers back, that option isn't even available at this point, and I've gone through a one on one customer support agent but they couldn't solve the problem either.

I am a student, and have to do video meetings with my teachers and watch provided videos for my class work. I am not using a school administered laptop as several materials used in my classes are blocked by the school.

If anyone has had a similar issue and knows how I can fix this without having to purchase a new laptop, please let me know. I have an Asus touch screen tablet computer Windows 10 with Intel and Realtek audio drivers currently installed.

    :)
