Windows 10: Audio issues after updating to Win 11

Hello everyone,I have performed a clean Win 11 update on my new SSD, But after the update the speaker was showing no output devices found, I tried searching to update the driver via device manager but the "Sound Audio and controllers" option is not visible. I downloaded the realtek driver online, but the same issue is still existing, can someone help,with that

Audio Issues and Windows 10

I uninstalled the audio driver for the speakers. Now when I look at the Device Manager list under "Audio Inputs and Outputs" the Speaker is missing (it lists the other 3, headphones/line in/microphone). When I did Restart, it had no effect on the list.

How do I get the Audio Manager list back to where it was before? I have a HP DC5800 desktop; it was running win 7 64bit until I upgraded to win 10.
