    Hello. Today I had been using my computer for a while and had left the room momentarily PC left on and idle, not downloading / installing anything. When I returned, all audio was missing. I thought I'd done the steps for updating drivers, but after not being able to get it working, I spoke to someone via online chat support who eventually connected to my computer and was able to restore sound on one of the devices by updating a driver.I have 3 available devices for sound... the soundcard, the PC monitor, and an external DAC device. The customer support agent was able to regain audio on the s
